On the verge of a new moon, changes are afoot.
Over fifteen years ago I began this blog as a way to help other weavers understand and care for their Macomber Looms.
As a weaver of over 50 years, most consistently on a Macomber I have a deep knowledge and long experience with these looms.
I was a sales rep for decades as well as ran a weaving school at the shop barn in York. Needless to say.....I LOVE these looms! They stand the test of time and multiple weavers. You will find them in most College and University textile studios and well as in professional weaving studios.
My blog has been the foundation for the manual that contains the nuggets of care and operation of these looms. After 15 years I have raised the price to $18 to cover studio operational costs.
I hope to update some of the information in the manual as well.
